A big evidence case I missed this summer

I guess this case (State v. Cross) got looked over because it came out at the same time as the case that got rid of common law marriage. But either way, it is a very interesting evidence case, with some constitutional issues as well. Haven't had the chance to go through it yet, but it involves 403, 611, and bifurcating parts of the trial. Will be interesting to read...
