True or False? Doesn't matter

A recent unpublished opinion from the Fourth Circuit held that text messages the defendant received about drug dealing were not used for the truth of the matter asserted, but rather the texts were probative of the defendant's possession of the drugs and intent to distribute. The court held that it did not matter if the texts were true or false.
