Expert Testimony and CSLI (Update)

In a recent SC Court of Appeals case, the court again upheld expert testimony on Cell Site Location Information:

The court also explained that just because the expert witness could not identify the individual who helped create the software that developed his location map, did not mean he wasn't qualified as an expert. The court seems to be hinting at SCRE 703:
