Seeking to improve the law.
The world is changing.
Young attorneys can lead.
Everyday/Evidence is an online legal resource. The mission of this organization is to assist young attorneys in their legal careers so that they may contribute to the improvement of the law, the legal system, and the administration of justice. Judicial Canon Four provides guidance to this mission.
Everyday/Evidence was founded by Daniel M. Coble in 2018.
Everyday/Evidence books are self-published through Amazon KDP and focus on substantive and procedural law that is written in a practical manner. The books are used to give readers a full understanding of the subject and focus on courtroom advocacy.
Coming soon: How young attorneys can get published or self-publish.
Everyday/Evidence Legal Blog focuses on both substantive law and courtroom advocacy. Topics range from the Rules of Evidence to the Fourth Amendment and Constitutional Law. The blog also consists of book reviews of recent legal books that would benefit young attorneys.
